Cloudandai Digital provides educational programs related to financial auditing applications and hybrid cloud invoice validation. Website content is informational. Course availability, schedules, and fees are confirmed in a separate written offer before payment is arranged offline.
3. Accounts and accurate information
When you contact us or join a cohort, you must provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for keeping enrolment credentials confidential if sandbox access is issued.
4. Intellectual property
Course materials, playbooks, templates, branding, and site copy remain the property of Cloudandai Digital or its licensors. You may use materials for your personal or internal employer learning during and after a program you lawfully joined. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or claim authorship of our materials.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, upload malicious code, or use our sandboxes to attack third-party systems. Labs are limited to designated environments.
6. No professional advice
Training is educational. It does not constitute legal, accounting, tax, or audit opinions for your organisation. Decisions about controls and filings remain yours.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Cloudandai Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or application of course concepts. Our aggregate liability related to a paid enrolment is limited to the fees you paid for that enrolment in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
